Take a deep breath in through your nose. Imagine healing life energy from the earth entering your feet and rising to your TanTi'en. It continues up your spine to your crown. Now breathe out through your nose while the energy falls to your TanTi'en. It summersaults and continues on down and out your soles taking with it all impurities where Earth turns your waste into composted fertilizer.
Repeat this breathing five times.
